Epos system and Evo card machine Bundle

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promotion period is valid until 31/01/2024
The EPOS system Bundle Pricing is fixed at £1150 + VAT when procured with EVO Integrated Card machine. (Normal price for the EPOS bundle is £1250 + VAT)

The Installation cost will be waved when EPOS bundle is procured alongside integrated payments through EVO acquiring
No Integration Charges applies when EPOS Bundle is procured alongside integrated payments through EVO acquiring
Customer taking the offer will be entering into agreements with EVO directly for the acquiring and rental of terminals (Payment Acceptance Agreement (“PAA”) and an Equipment Rental Agreement (the “Rental Agreement”);
that EVO’s fees and charges shall apply as per the PAA and Rental Agreement;
that EVO reserves the right to reject any application in its sole discretion and EVO’s decision shall be final and no dispute will be entered into;
that all information provided by Merchant to EVO must be accurate and up to date;
